This mismatch has led to low employability rates and unfilled positions, as the sector requires over one million engineers proficient in AI and other advanced technologies within the next 2-3 years. To address this challenge, there is a growing emphasis on industry-academia collaboration, curriculum updates, and upskilling initiatives.

Crossing the Chasm (CTC) has developed an innovative platform and methodology to bridge this gap. This program,delivered in collaboration with hiring companies and colleges, embodies the belief that bridging the skill gap is not just about filling a void, but building a bridge to the future where individuals have the tools to thrive in a rapidly evolving IT landscape.
